Scope

The visual inspection, survey and commissioning function testing includes, an assessment of the current conditions of all equipments and devices for work at height activities on the rig. This includes equipment and devices standard criteria and functionality, assessment of access arrangements and work locations, installation of safety systems and rescue provisions, recommendation, observation and implementation of standard on sites.

Overview

The purpose of this annual visual inspection, survey and function testing is to certify that all the Fall Protection equipment and devices on-site meet OEM standards and specifications, and to record the observations and recommendations regarding provisions for work at height during the visit.
